This is strange because yesterday I was able to play fine with no problems and now I can barely get to the character select screen without getting a weasel error. Prior to yesterday, I was suffering the same issues for a couple of days too.
I have tried:
- Flushing my DNS
- Restarting my modem
- Custom DnS servers
- Used my phone hotspot (so it doesnt seem to be an ISP issue)
- Deleted temp files
- Did a scan and repair for corrupted Windows files
- Tried a VPN
It really makes no sense to me so any explanation would be great, thanks.

Weasel can also happen if someone logs in the game at the same time with the same credentials from someplace else.

I'm currently having a similar issue. I've been error code weasel 3 times in the past 20 minutes trying to complete the seasonal quest. I got annoyed and just closed app. It happens at the same part of the quest every time without fail. Hopefully they do something about this.

This started for me a few hours ago. Played for a few hours just fine in the early afternoon, took a break, tried playing in the evening and got nothing but connection errors. Reset modem, router, full network reset, verified game files, ran a ton of network tests. Seems to be some Destiny 2 server issues? Will try again tomorrow on both my PC and Xbox
