Please help me!
Can someone please help me? I have a buddy who has been a loyal Destiny player for 10 years He has never used cheats or manipulated the game. He’s spent thousands of dollars on this wonderful game between season and microtransactions. He has stuck through the game's amazing highs and it's extremely low periods. He believes he may have made one mistake and didn't even get a warning not even a reply for months and he has to be one of bungie’s most loyal players. It's so hard for him to find players due to he suffers from severe PTSD due an IED that nearly killed him over 20 years ago. Because of this he has a lot of trouble communicating with people. I’m personally trying to get back into the game but its not as fun without him. Please any information would be very helpful. He has already tried the Bungie contact forms but they refuse to communicate with him. He's hasn't been doing good since the ban. His Tag is Cerberus 11b#5313

1 ReplyHey there. The forum can't assist with ban appeals, once an appeal has been made, that's all that can be done. Bungie will only get in contact if they intend to overturn the ban, or need further information. If they do not otherwise respond to the appeal for about a month, then it should be assumed the ban is being upheld. Bungie doesn't use the form to communicate with players, to explain or talk about it - requests for that are specifically ignored, as per the form. It sounds like your friend knows what he did, and yes there are no warnings when it's something bannable. That's the same for everyone - you, him, and me.
