OK, so for some reason (and this has only been recent on this too) the power in the controllers is dying fast. I'd be playing the game for around 4 or 5 hours (and yes I'm taking breaks too) I'd be putting the controller on a PS5 charging station while I had to step away that way the controller is charging back up till I come back. However for some reason the power loss is HUGE when playing the game. I literally don't have this issue with ANY other game on the PS5. From Fortnite to Marvel's Spider-Man 1 and 2, there's no power issue for the controller. However when I'm playing Destiny 2, that's when the power loss jumps.
Now this didn't use to be the case. I could be playing all day and NEVER have a power loss this great. Yesterday (3/22/25) I had been playing for around 8+ hours, and even after I had the controller on the charging station, the moment that I took the controller off the station, the PS5 would tell me that the controller was about to die. So, I'm wondering if something changed when it came to the game that caused the power loss in the controller, because as I said above, I don't have this issue literally with any other game. I figured that this might be something to look into. Thanks.

Destiny has no control over the power of the controller. That's a battery problem with the controller
