switching steam account

I started playing years back on my PS4 and i enabled cross save to my steam account but i got ban ,so now i wanna switch my cross save to new steam account is this passible ?

Bungie has disabled the ability to unlink accounts, and they wouldn't help you bypass a ban regardless.
