I am currently trying to obtain the Dual Destiny mission. From what I understand you are supposed to overthrow all three locations in the pale heart and kill the boss at the end of each overthrow. Once you are finished overthrowing for example the Bloom. A Secret Keeper of the Witch Queen should spawn, and you will find them and kill them. Rise and repeat for the Landing and the Impasse. I have done countless runs by myself, with friends, and randoms. I've done the matchmaking fireteam option, just landing in and doing them, and every other possible way. NO WITCH SPAWNS! I go to the locations of said Witch, where it should be, and I have also waited where I beat the overthrow boss of that area and wait to see on the bottom left of my screen with the notification that it has spawned. Neither has happened. No spawns, no notification, nothing. Has this been taken away from people who do not have the dual destiny quest, am I just doing everything wrong (which I doubt cause I've tried literally everything), or is this an issue that needs to be fixed so I can stop wasting my time.
