I just bought a new armor set but it didn’t appeared. Cost me 15 $

Hey there, when you buy an item with Silver, you have to then unwrap it from your Inventory, it goes into a special 'wrapped items' section. That lets you either choose to unwrap and use the items, or refund if you have second thoughts.
