I purchased the Light & Dark Collection on sale on steam and am missing certain content.

I recently bought the Light and Dark Collection on steam and have not received all the content that was supposed to come with it. I am missing the Annual Pass and Final Shape Dungeon key even though it says I own them in Steam. I will be linking my steam support screenshots to show what I have vs what I have in game. Please help if you can, this was a lot of money for me and I do not want to miss out. PS:I am aware that the Witchqueen and Lightfall dungeon keys were not included and I have no query or problem with that. Edit: Added more pictures for proof of ownership and problem
