Hello Bungie!
I have a problem with cross-platform saving.
I have an account on Playstation and Microsoft (Xbox). They are connected!
There are 4,000 silver coins on the Microsoft account.
When I try to connect my accounts using cross-platform save and select the main characters on the Playstation and click continue, it shows me that the Microsoft account has 100 silver, not 4000. How is this possible? Is this a system error? How do I connect the accounts correctly so that there is 4,000 silver?
Thanks

Edited by BNGHelp9: 3/26/2025 2:51:25 PMHey there, it's not actually possible to merge Silver balances in the way you are asking about.
Does Silver get merged with Cross Save? No. With Cross Save, players select one set of characters from a platform to be their active characters. Silver is associated with your characters, so when you select a set of characters to be active, only that silver on that platform will be available. The Silver you own on your other accounts will remain tied to those accounts, should you ever choose to access them again. However, any future Silver purchased will be available on the platform it was purchased.
The 4000 Silver is tied to your one XBox character/profile. I am not sure where the figure of 100 Silver is coming from, did you ever have cross-save set up before? If you bought Silver on XBox, while PSN was active, then that'd be its own balance tied to the PSN characters but accessible only on XBox. But the main point is, there's no way to have PSN as the Active account, XBox as the dormant, and have the XBox character's 4000 Silver be applied to the Active PSN account, even when played on XBox. That 4000 Silver can only be spent in a situation where XBox is the Active account, either without cross-save being set up, or by having it as Active in the cross-save setup.

i believe silver can only be used on the platform it was purchased on
