Sundered Doctrine Focusing Does not work, even for the character that completed it.
I completed the quest on my Titan, I haven't attempted to do the focusing since I completed it a few weeks ago, but now attempting too doesn't even work.
The paper that's meant to give you the final buff (and make the symbol appear in the corner) doesn't spawn. And in return doing the 'focusing' attempt doesn't work.

If so, please try progressing the quest on your character(s) [b]with the least progress[/b] up to a point where their progress matches that of your character(s) with the most progress. Once you do so, the report should become visible, allowing you to pick it up. If this doesn't seem to work for you, though, please let us know!
