Stuck on Connecting Screen

Hello, I have a problem when starting Destiny 2. After the application is selected via the Steam library and the title screen appears, the game takes up to 20 minutes to start. The text “Connecting” with the moving Destiny logo is permanently visible in the bottom right corner of the screen. The music also plays normally. I have already tried the following solutions: - Clear download cache - Check game files for errors - Update graphics card drivers - Disabled Steam, Discord and Nvidia Overlay - Restarted PC - Uninstall BattleEye - Use Steam Launch prompts - Run the game as administrator - Enabled all required ports in the router settings - Uninstalled and reinstalled the game - Set the audio output and input to default when starting the game None of these steps solved my problem. Every time I want to play Destiny 2, I have to wait 20 minutes to get started. Can someone please help me? Thank you very much.

 • Hi there, Some users were able to resolve this infinite loading screen issue by configuring their audio settings in windows. Please try the following steps:
- Go to Windows > Settings > App Volume and Device Preferences - Verify that Steam is set to default - Launch Destiny 2 - Return to App Volume and Device Preferences - Set Destiny to default - Force close Destiny 2 using task manager
If you're still getting stuck on the same screen after trying this out, please let us know.
