Ikora Rey - Tower - Fragments not being acquired upon Meditation
I'm trying to unlock the remaining fragments and aspects for my Titan, but when I go to meditate after purchasing them, nothing happens and its glitched.
Rebooting doesn't fix it, nor does respawning in the tower or traveling elsewhere or participating in other game content.
Can anyone help me with this?

Try spawning into tower in the Annex by drifter, then walking to ikora to meditate.
