Cuirass of the falling star - lost sector?
Can you farm expert lost sectors for the exotic chest piece to drop or do you have to wait until the exotic drop is specifically for chest?

Cuirass being a Beyond Light exotic isn't in the exotic engram pool until you obtain it first. Reset your rank with Rahool, head to his focused decoding section, then buy it from page 4. You could also chance your luck at Vex Strike Force on Neomuna.
