non-featured dungeons and their exotics
Hello
I was wondering if it is possible to get a dungeon specific exotic from a dungeon that isn't featured?
for example vespers host is not featured this week, but is it still possible to run and get the exotic?

You get a chance for your 1st run on each character per week.
