I have a feeling ACT 3 will be robust.
Unless Bungie shifted course.
Said there would be a conclusion for both the Conductor and Skolas arc who are both currently MIA.
Haven't heard anything. No lore. Nothing in-game.
So, that has to be ACT 3 right?
