Unlinking Twitch Account Issue

I've been having recent issues claiming the Twitch viewer bounties and they suggested unlinking my account and then relinking it. But when I try to do this on my Bungie account I get the error "ErrorMalformedCredential". My Bungie account shows Twitch is still linked but when I got to Twitch is says "Link with Bungie". When I click the button to link it does nothing. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Unfortunately, bungie made it impossible to unlink accounts on March 25 of this year.
