Whats the point of ghost armorer?
I continuously get low resilience stats when decrypting with rahool.
I have ghost armor set for resilience and it seems not to do anything but guarantee a 10 in resilience.
Bungie at this point am I just wasting in game resources and more importantly my time and money on a game that seems to not be functioning properly?

It doesn't seem to affect decryption, but it affects focusing. Don't decrypt exotic engrams. Use them to focus the armor you want. That should work.
