Currently it makes the gun extreamly stable, thats nice. But, current day shields dont even require matching guns to break easily. Hard Light was great for that, same with Borialis, so a cat update would be great for these two forgotten guns.
In the name of keeping things from being too op, I am suggesting a simple dragonfly perk added with cats installed. This alows the guns to match the ad clear potential of the run of the mill legendary guns that beat them out in every way, and prevents the gun from becoming overpowered based on subclass buffs/nerfs in the future due to dragonfly not being a subclass keyword damage type, but rather just a damage explosion.

All I think it needs is some debuff or damage bonus after breaking a shield woth the matching element. Any more and it would be too much or lose it's identity I think.

It’s my favourite gun, I would like more synergy with status boosts I.e thunderbolts on kill when bolt charged. But tbh anything they give this gun will make it OP, the gun is very fun to use because of its stability and the ricochet shots.
