HELM Failsafe won’t grant rewards
Currently at a loss with my HELM failsafe. I completed the pale heart campaign, accessed failsafe on Earth, and don’t have any missions on Nessus from
Failsafe. I also don’t have any Echoes quests in terminal or accessible on my character.
With all of that being said, my helm failsafe has never granted me any rewards, engrams, etc. Almost as if it’s frozen, as I can open the seasonal decoding and research bays but everything is grey’d out there too. Help!

Hey there, you are not showing as owning an Episode: Echoes pass. Do you believe you should own one? I can see you do own Revenant and Heresy as well as the Dungeon Key, so it looks like you have the annual pass edition. If so, check the following page out and fill out the form provided. https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049497351-Contact-Form-Missing-Eververse-Item-or-Add-On-Items (the passes count as Eververse items even if they came from the annual pass edition).
