Buff Spirit of Vesper
The Spirit of Vesper should retain its Blind, as it has already lost the "Rift energy recharges faster when you are surrounded by targets" feature compared to Vesper of Radius.

3 RepliesNgl think a lot of the spirits on class items need buffs. All of the class exclusives feel kinda....eh. The general ones like star eater and syntho are good however.
