Noticed something interesting today. So I didn't bother with the most recent seasons, but I got the curated Vantage Point pulse on two characters via base content. Both are Corkscrew Rifling, Steady Rounds, One for All, Jolting feedback. Both have range masterwork. After base enhancement; no progression, no mods equipped, one has 52 range and 69 stability. The other has 47 range and 74 Stability. So what, you can't be consistent with the same perks, or am I missing something unmentioned, or not labeled? What is happening? Maybe you need to fix that. I thought the same perks mean the same stats, that's why people chase specific perks. Or is there some purposeful deviation between?
