Unable to unlink my brother steam account
I recently made the change to pc and was using cross-save on my ps5 to play. Since I’ve made the change to pc I have been unable to unlink my brother steam account even before the made changes to the linking account system I’ve tried multiple times to contact bungie and got nothing. Is there anything I can do to fix this ?

Even prior to the change they didn't step in and forcibly unlink accounts for people. In your specific case, you have your brothers account as your active profile for cross-save - all of your progression is permanently bound to that account so if you were able to unlink it you wouldn't be able to access it on PS or your own Steam account.
