Lost Heresy Quest on Hunter
I finished Act 1 of Heresy without any problems but once Act 2 began about 5 steps into the quest it vanished from my inventory. It does not appear in the HELM as abandoned and nothing happens if I go to Eris's Flat. Any help on how to get it back would be appreciated.

If you haven't yet done so, could you verify whether changing your Shaping Slab's path to Ambition or Resolve helps to make it reappear? If it does not reappear, then could you kindly clarify if the missing quest is Rites of the Deep?
