TOMB OF WANT APRIMER QUEST BUGGED AT STEP 4-5
IVE TRIED EVERYTHING AND I CANT GET THE QUEST TO MOVE PAST STEP 4 OF 5?

It is a known issue according to Bungie “Sometimes the Tome of Want: A Primer quest does not progress after meeting Step 3 and Step 4 requirements.” Unfortunately that is the extent of Bungie’s acknowledgement. I had zero problems with the quest while playing as a single character. However, some (in YouTube and other sites) reported picking up the Tomb of Want on all characters allowed progression. I’m assuming in step 4 that you have slotted the exotic rune, and completed the task, but it’s not progressing from there?

I have the same issue. Bungie does not care they would rather nerf weapons than fix quest bugs!
