We all miss 390 vex! The nerf happened because it was "too good" in pvp. Funny how that works because it's a raid exotic and was rare asf at the time but whatever, back to my idea for a buff: When you have max Overcharge, you get the 390 rpm!!! This way, it's not a problem in PvP! What do you guys think??
