So I've spent the last hour finding the last taken ossius fragments & the 2 new tithing wormspawn. The fragments collection went fine but even though ive picked up both additional wormspawn ( the one in trenchway & in the mausoleum) but nothing has counted towarda the quest & i cant collect them again as they are no longer there. Some help would be appreciated as ive had nothing but problems with this season pass questline having broken mechanics
