I didn't realize it till today. But I got moment of clarity, got all the fragments, did all the catalyst quests (high impact and hatch) and the 4th intrinsic never dropped. Even all the related quests were completed. I don't think this matters more cause I just unlocked the 5th intrinsic today... which I'd how I noticed the error cause I can upgrade it from intrinsic 3 to 5. Did I miss something??
