Artifact perks work when first selected, then cease to work.
I have the following perks:
1.piercing sidearm
2. Unstoppable glaive
3. Unstoppable rocket launcher
4. unraveling orbs
5. Vile weave
6. Dielectric
7. Perpetual destruction
8. Horde shuttle
9. Harsh refraction
10. Gold from lead
11. Particle reconstruction
12. To shreds (bugs)
<Bug>
After killing an unraveled enemy [to shreds] may not work again on new enemies
<bug fix>
use an ability that unravels enemies.
