Problems starting episode echoes
Hello, I need your help.
Two weeks ago I bought all the DLCs and also dungeon keys but I'm not able to play the echoes episode. Does anyone know if this is no longer possible?

Hello there, Thanks for reaching out. Our records indicate you should have access to Episode: Echoes, which makes this issue you're experiencing seem strange. If you haven't yet done so, could you kindly verify whether you've completed the Final Shape intro mission [i]Transmigration[/i]? You'll need to have completed that mission in order to access Echoes.
