With the Episode+Act structure adding an additional row of 5 perks each with the release of Act 2 and 3, keeping us limited to just 12 active artifact perks in total is feels unnecessarily stingy.
Now I'm not suggesting letting us grind unlimited artifact perks until we have literally every perk in the artifact active at once, but like, surely giving us access to +1 additional perk point per Act for a total of 14 points during Act 3 wouldn't break the game..

Some artifact perks are straight up better than exotics They really should rework the entire game these artifact perks are better than most -blam!-.

I would be okay with a slight increase to how many we can have But what I really want is the artifact to change with the load out you have equipped Warframe does this with load outs to even what colour combinations you have or slots in the gun or weapon meaning it’s easy to switch and change playstyles

I would be fine with 12 + whatever extra artifact-based levels we've unlocked - meaning that some people would have around around 20 atm. Regardless of how they do it I'll agree that 12 is cheap.

I agree. Act 1 should be 9, act 2 should be 12 perks and Act 3 should be 15. Gold from lead and the one that reloads rocket launcher after multi kills doesn’t seem like it works to well or perhaps I just had it in my mind it would be better.
