Hello, I start this game 5 years ago on steam and quit temporarily due to busy life. I just got back to the day before yesterday and figured the linked account are unavailable to unlink now. A couple years ago, I used to play D2 on others' PS console by opening cross save thus linked that playstation account to my bungie. However, I now can't access to that PS account and wonder if some customer service can help to manually remove that PS account from my bungie, since I plan to get a PS5 for gaming now. All the character are created from my steam and all the silvers are purchased through my steam account as well. Also, I tried to unlink that a long while ago, I think it "partially worked", since according to the 'view profile' the steam is the only linked platform, however in 'cross save' and 'setting' it still shows the PS account is linked......don't know why......please help Thank you and have a good one !
