Unauthorized Activity on My Account
Good evening,
I have noticed unauthorized activity on my account. My characters have started to disappear, and I’ve also observed that someone is removing my friends. I have lost control over my account and am unable to use it properly.
I kindly request that you look into this issue as soon as possible and help me regain control of my account.

Please contact your local authorities to report the situation. All Bungie can do at this time is what your Bungie.net profile says to do, and if multiple people have access to it, then multiple people can make changes to it or play the game using the characters set up with your Cross-Save. Bungie will not forcefully unlink an account that you cannot authenticate to as things stand currently.
