Vesper's Host Not Featured even though in-game it says it is can't complete the pinnacle and ran many back to back and no ice breaker drop so far please update if its bugged or not i am going insane grinding it

Same here, but based on my experience of reporting the GG memento bug where they replied to every topic except for mine, support is going to look at your topic and conveniently assume you're whining about the drop rate instead of actually reading what you wrote lol. Really hope it gets fixed eventually this is beyond infuriating.
