Period.[/quote] They DID remove oscillation from GMs as far as I can see,or the 2 that had it aren't in this rotation.oscillation in a strike? How hard is any strike to even be hindered by anything, I don't know. I learned to use oscillation and do mondo damage, it's more powerful than problematic if you can use it.plus all champs can be dealt with easily with prismatic abilities
