Target Lock Catalyst for Barrow Dyad
The amount of RNG involved in getting the 2nd best catalyst for a craftable weapon is just insane. I'm genuinely stunned that anyone could possibly have thought this was ok.

YUP it's ridiculous *2 out of 3 spawn locations Then out of those two *1 out of 4 doors for both locations And then 1 out of 4 toland spawns Prepare for alot of frustration 😑
