Final warning in Season Heresy
How can I get “final warning” during the “heresy” season? Is it still obtainable?

I believe you need the Lightfall dlc and to complete the post campaign quest for it.

You need to complete the "The Final Strand" quest, which requires finishing the Lightfall campaign, unlocking your Strand subclass, and completing Osiris's training program in a time trial.
