title says it all. It has been more than a month since the issue with catalyst puzzles surfaced. Bungie keeps mentioning they are aware of this issue and are under investigation. What exactly are you guys investigating. You do understand this is a paid content right, on top of the expansion. We do not have access to huge portions of content which pursuaded people to buy this dungeon to begin with. You do not even list this as known issues despite the facts there are numerous complaints and feedback on this dungeon. So far we receive no compensation for the lack of access to the product we have paid for. We want definite answers and not some vague responses to buy you guys time before we forget about it. thank you
