ISSUE: Quest text says "Santuary" instead of "Sanctuary".
REPRO STEPS: Be on step 3 of 4 of quest "Memory of Vell Tarlowe"
ACTUAL RESULT: Says "Santuary"
EXPECTED RESULT: Should say "Sanctuary".
