Rite of the Nine - Spire of Watcher not completing quest
Dear Bungie team,
Spire of Watcher on Explore (matchmade) seems to be bugged - did full run (completed all encounters) but it did not count Perys, Primordial defeated in both First Watch quest and Elegant Arsenal - also no damage numbers were shown at the end.

Same here. Plus, when you go back to RoN destination and travel up to second level for the Dungeon completion chest....you can't access it. Then, you can't travel back down via the pad and you're stuck there...just had to leave.
