Unclear on what my active account is for cross save.
So I just linked my Steam account for cross save, yet my characters from Playstation aren't showing up when I start the game up. I'm unsure if this is because I accidentally set another account as the active one on setup or not. It shows my Playstation characters in the cross save view so I'd assume it's the active. Can I get some clarification on what the active account is, or what I am doing wrong?

I decided to drag out my Playstation, just to see if I was seeing the same singular Titan that I'm seeing on Steam when I start up Destiny, and no. It's my three guardians that are on that Playstation account. So that means the cross save IS recognizing that as the main account, I checked my Steam recent account links, and Bungie is listed at 1:38 AM on the 8th. So it is connected to the correct Steam account as well. Is there just a waiting period for characters to show up??

If you are confident it is the correct account then it's likely something has gone wrong while adding it to the cross-save setup. BNGHelp will likely reply after they check your account, but the answer is most likely going to involve having to disable cross-save in order to attempt to add it during the initial activation, but that includes having to wait 90 days and only being able to access your characters/gear on their own platform (Playstation in your case)
