Stuttering on 14900k and a 5090
As the title says my game will stutter (Not with any noticeable frame drops) but it only happens on some game boots other times its 100% fine
I've tried playing it on a fresh boot reinstalling it fresh windows but so far nothing seems to help excpet mutiple restarts of the game until its fine
