Heavy Metal Feedback

Heavy Metal is definitely a fun playlist however, there are a few things that I think need to be changed or fixed. Here's a short simplified list of what I think needs to change: [b][u]FEEDBACK[/u][/b] 1. Tanks should get a slight nerf, or Brigs should get a slight buff to match damage. Tanks do a noticeable different amount of damage which in some situations makes it unfair. 2. You should be able to select what vehicle you want to play as before you search the playlist so you can play how you want. 3. Healthy recovery seems to be a little too much. Someone can go from being one shot away from death to three which I think is a little too much in a fight. 4. Heavy Metal engram weapons need to be changed or add a couple more drops. 5. Using a tank or brig on keyboard and mouse is a bit unfair compared to playing on a controller. On controller, turning isn't as fast as turning with a mouse, which gives a keyboard and mouse player the advantage in a fight. 6. Map is not bad but there definitely needs to be more than one which I hope happens when the event comes around again. 7. Is it possible to make it so tanks don't flip out after landing a jump? It's hilarious when it happens but trying to shoot someone while spinning constantly can sometimes be difficult (or a skill issue). [b][u]BUGS[/u][/b] 1. Hit registration seems to be a bit wonky, very rarely my direct shots won't register which gives the enemy the advantage. [u][b]CONCLUSION[/b][/u] Again, I think the mode is a lot of fun and enjoyable, but the right changes can definitely help it improve when the event comes around again.

    After having just Gilded the Heavy Metal seal a few minutes ago, I feel that my feedback is of some value, although I have some differing views. [b][u]FEEDBACK:[/u][/b] 1. I disagree whole heartedly for your call for tank nerfs and brig buffs. Most of my matches played were with a tank. [i]And I HATED IT!!![/i] Tanks have a much larger hit box, movement is much worse, and yeah, launching off ledges and getting stuck in endless spinning is absolutely terrible. Brigs do not have that problem. Also, the Tanks cannon seems lower to the ground, which means your shots are not hitting anything but the ground. The tanks dodge is also bad, if you dodge into a wall, you cant stop the dodge animation and thus get stuck in one place against a wall for easy pickings. The Brigs on the other hand have much better movement control. They're much faster moving around, their dodge doesn't last as long so you're not getting stuck on walls for very long. Brigs don't have to deal with endless spinning after going off a ledge. And it seems their hit box is much smaller, I've noticed a lot of tank cannon shots seemingly hit them, but they take ZERO damage. Having just Gilded the seal, I can safely say that most of the Gilded triumphs were a cake walk with Brigs. I'd go several matches as a tank, and barely get any kills, whereas with the Brig, I was able to complete the Gilded triumphs much easier, and with less effort. I noticed I had to play much more aggressive with the Tank to do anything but rarely got any leader kills, whereas with the Brig I didn't have to be as aggressive and still finish matches with 4-5 leader kills, multiple coins secured, and top of the leader board for kills and damage. In my last match, as a Brig I finished with 13 kills, 12 coins secured, 3 recovered, 13 created, top damage dealt across both teams at 47,356, and top of the leaderboard. Whenever I played as a tank, I always rocked bottom or second for my team with 5 or less kills. Bottom Line: Brigs are OP, Tanks are Trash. I Agree with # 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, & 7. Regarding #5: I play on console, but many people in my clan play on PC. PC lobbies with console players are severely unbalanced and unfair. On console, with Look Sensitivity turned all the way up to 20, still took much more time to turn than MnK players. So I mostly opted to not play with anyone on PC to avoid PC lobbies. As for the Bug, I agree with that too. Tanks seem to miss every time if you're more than 30 feet from your target. Mostly because the Brig hit box is much smaller, though I noticed that even with shots actually hitting them, they never registered. Brigs on the other hand have no problem connecting their shots on a tank, even from more than 30 feet away. [i][b]Additional Feedback:[/b][/i] In order to make this game mode more fair and balanced, you should have lobbies where it is just Tanks vs Tanks, and Brigs vs Brigs. Having to go against Tanks as a Brig, or Brigs as a Tank seems to be very unbalanced.
