Heavy Metal Keeps Crashing
I play on Xbox. But I know there are some on PC with same issues, but when in 2 minutes of a match, especially when on drake side, my whole console shuts down. I really want to progress this event. Please fix as soon as you guys can.

If you haven't already tried doing so, then you may wish to try [url=https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049199051-Clearing-the-Console-Cache]clearing the console cache[/url] for your Xbox. This step often helps to reduce or prevent crashing. If, however, the crashing persists, then please let us know whether any error codes present themselves when the game crashes. In addition, please clarify whether specific actions in Heavy Metal seem to trigger the crashing. We'll then investigate this further.

On PC dropping my graphics settings to the lowest has mostly solved this. Previously I had been running at 144hz with settings mostly maxed and no issues - but I couldn't play a match of Heavy Metal without the game locking up, crashing to desktop, or even getting a BSOD. Something is fishy with the game mode.

2 RepliesI've got this same problem, try putting in as little inputs as possible. ive had three good matchs so far when i dont put in any unnecessary inputs, spamming dodge and fire etc
