I’ll start by saying I have already tried the appeal process with the hopes of at least getting more details as to why I have my been banned, to which I was still given a vague answer. I have been a fan of this franchise for 10+ years now, with well over $1k spent in game and donations made to charities hosted by bungie. I find it very weird that I would now suddenly decide to break the ToS; I just want someone I can actually talk to so I can go about fixing this issue and actually play the game I’ve been glued to for so long
