I was always using windowed fullscreen and had no issue until some time ago (around beggining of Episode Heresy). Whenever i used Alt+Tab on Windows 11 and went back to Destiny game freezed, until I escaped game by using Alt+Tab and going back to game. The game didn't turn off, but i couldn't do anything besides switching window. It is not consistent problem and can occur 3 times in one minute or not appear at all during 5 minutes. I tested some things on tower. When it freezes it does not read input (i think). I have background music and voices, but my movement or trying to interact does not produce any sound. At first i thought it was just drivers problem, but testing 4 different graphic drivers, clean installing them using special driver removing tool did not help. I thought i just have bad luck with hardware or software because when using fullscreen there were no problems at all. When i go back to windowed fullscreen problem appears again. Yesterday i found out that more people had similar issue so i decided to write it down here so hopefully it will be looked into, because with the release of next dlc my solution will be removed from the game.
