I heard a rumor last week they were going to adjust the weapon's perk pool & it [b]NOT[/b] shipping with [i]Voltshot[/i] was a mistake, similar to [b]Cruel Mercy[/b] failing to retain [i]Jolting Feedback[/i], despite what the data miners pulled from the API pre-release.
What an [b]L[/b] [i]Bungie[/i] has dropped this past week with these weapons! Like how the hell does one fail to update either in any meaningful capacity?!?
