When getting back in to this Season of Heresy, just checking out the new systems I suddenly noticed that after completing an event I could not pick up Enhancement Prisms. Only getting the error text of "inventory full"(or something) with the icon of an Enhancement Prism. However when I got back to the Postmaster no Enhancement Prisms were sent there as they have been previously, and I had 0 Prisms in my inventory. I've tried spending Prisms, to check if it was a visual bug only, but to no avail. Nor have I been able to pick up any other Prisms from any source. Is there a way to fix this?
