Seeing as specific players only want to do certain dungeons if you had all 3 or 2 up people would ignore Spire for Ghosts and Prophecy. That leaves players trying to make groups for Spire difficult to make. So doing one at a time is the better option. Of course not engaging in this week or the next will still create the problem of finding groups.
