I'm suspecting the reason involves the 9 elegant arsenal quests rewarding 3 weps from each dungeon, along with they need a little more time.

2 RepliesUnfortunately DMG confirmed on twitter that each dungeon gets 3 weeks, then all 3 will be available for a SINGLE week before the next DLC launches. Not a good look for Bungie.
