I just want to throw out how absolutely ludicrous ninja nerfs are. Stronghold gauntlets got a nerf recently, and I know they did because I could hold guard in the shrieker room of sunless cell while my teammates took out the shriekers, and take no damage the entire time.
I just ran sunless cell, and all of a sudden I can't do what I used to do (with the same sword, armor mods, literally exact same build) without taking damage.
Don't get me wrong, stronghold DID need some manner of a nerf... but friggen TELL US about it. Nothing is more aggravating than going to do something you have been able to do NUMEROUS times in the past, and have it all of a sudden not work for no reason.
If you are going to put out patch notes, put out ALL the patch notes.
Again, not upset that stronghold got nerfed, because it kind of needed it (although it would have gotten the perfect nerf when this artifact disappeared), but im pissed that this happened without bungie making it public.
If I wasn't taking damage previously due to a bug that has since been patched, then we should be let known that fact. If bungie felt it was too strong and nerfed it, we should know that.
This is ridiculous.

As far as I’m aware one of the Modifiers this week is [b]Void Threat[/b]; while a 25% increase to incoming Void damage may not [i]seem[/i] like a great deal compared to the rather large amount of DR Sword Guard gives you up front, this small change [i]might[/i] be enough to increase the amount of damage you take by one or two points per shot. When trying to Sword Guard tank incoming fire from two or three Shriekers simultaneously a relatively small increase in damage may be enough to quickly overwhelm you, given Shriekers’ incredibly high rate of fire. Perhaps in this instance having a source of outside healing (a Healing Rift supplied by a Warlock, Restoration or an ally with a Support Frame AR) may be enough to tip the balance back in your favor. Stealth nerfs are so troublesome it makes the people who make spreadsheets for this for free go back and figure out what the hell they changed so dumb just tell us we won’t bite

Looks like if you get hit by an aoe or take damage from an angle it temporarily drops the sword dr down to 50%. I guess they did this so you can still tank a 1v1 like a boss or champion but you can't enter a room and just tank everything.
