Rite Of The Nine Quest Disappeared.
While on my ultimatum run on my hunter my team wanted to me to swap to titan so I did but I was unable to grab the quest from the emissary thought maybe I would have to abandon on my hunter to then grab on my titan. Did that and now the Quest is completely gone on all 3 characters. Tried resetting my game and still gone. Guess no dungeon exotic for me.

Hi there, Thanks for reaching out. We understand you're having trouble reacquiring a Rite of the Nine-related quest. If you haven't yet tried, could you navigate to the abandoned quests kiosk in the Tower, and see if you can reacquire it via there?
